Social Venture Partners Minnesota is searching for organizations that are entrepreneurial in their thinking and practice. We give two forms of support: financial and expertise to non-profit organizations.
We seek to support the development of compelling stories and leaders who truly want an intimate working relationship with SVP/MN’s partners. We are champions for bold initiatives that create results that will have a positive effect on the lives of children.
We seek to advance philanthropy and volunteer service to achieve positive social change for children who live in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Using social venture capital thinking and approaches as a framework, Social Venture Partners Minnesota is committed to impact the educational potential of “at risk” kids. Our emphasis on educational potential includes: engagement with innovative service organizations to serve the following:
Early childhood development (pre-school kids 0-5 years)
Academic, creative, & business literacy (middle & charter school age)
Continuing & advanced educational services (elementary and middle school)
